Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop and execute recruiting strategies across the commercial and DOE nuclear industries.

This role partners with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to identify and hire highly qualified engineering, construction, project management, operations, and technical professionals supporting commercial nuclear, DOE, advanced reactor, fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within commercial and DOE nuclear, engineering, construction, energy, industrial, manufacturing, and/or DOE environments.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting engineers, project managers, construction managers, operations personnel, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to support critical hiring initiatives and project staffing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and long-term talent objectives.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive hiring insights to business leaders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across the nuclear industry, including DOE, commercial nuclear, advanced reactors, EPC, engineering consulting, manufacturing, and government contractor organizations.
