Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to implement the organization’s recruiting strategy for intern and new graduate candidates across several engineering and construction groups. You will build relationships with managers to recruit the best early career talent and take ownership of successful candidate experiences.

This position is based out of Houston, Denver, or Omaha. Expect on-campus recruiting, end-to-end hiring, and close collaboration with HR Operations to align talent with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment for similar industries preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and fit.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruiting activities and partner with recruiters for candidate management.
• Ensure talent alignment with business needs and market conditions.
• Execute recruiting end-to-end using existing processes and tools.
• Conduct intake meetings with leaders to align on position, impact, and expectations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requisition approvals and postings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide weekly management reports.
