Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II - Production (Temporary) to fill critical production roles from Long Beach, CA. This 8-month fixed-term position requires owning the full life-cycle, partnering with managers, and building a diverse candidate slate to support our expanding programs.

You will source, screen, and extend offers, travel as needed to sites such as Wallops Island VA and Middle River MD, and work onsite at our Long Beach headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Production recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders.
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle from sourcing to extending offers.
• Screen candidates and guide them through the interview process.
