Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the Direct business. You will drive people strategies, support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will partner with local and remote management to ensure consistent application of HR programs and processes, including annual People Cycle activities and HRIS management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proven track record partnering with leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tooling.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• HR certification is preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Provide business-driven HR consultation on performance management, staffing, change management, and employment matters.
• Investigate, document, and help resolve employee relations issues with confidentiality.
• Guide HR initiatives, workforce trends, and people-related business decisions.
• Ensure policy application and cross-functional partnership with stakeholders; travel up to 5–10% domestically.
