Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Sr. HR Manager to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Interventional Urology leaders. This on-site with one day remote role balances forward-looking people strategy with hands-on HR leadership and compliance across NA regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced HR certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP).
• 10+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience across HR domains.
• Experience leading HR partnerships in global or matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership and guidance to leaders on workforce design, compensation, and people strategy.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and promote culture, inclusion, and diversity.
• Oversee the full people cycle from recruitment to offboarding and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations with guidance from legal and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Drive HR operations and data analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Coach HR teams and leaders; align practices across NA regions.
• Coordinate with NA Shared Services and ensure calendars and deadlines are followed.
