Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting IT, Digital, Data, Technology, or other specialized talent.
• Strong proactive sourcing capabilities, including talent mapping and Boolean search.
• Experience or strong aptitude using AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Ability to translate data and market intelligence into business recommendations.
• Consultative TA partner who influences hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for corporate, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR Business Partners using data and external insights.
• Lead recruiting for IT, Digital, Data, Technology, and other specialized capabilities.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle: mapping, sourcing, engagement, assessment, offer, and hiring.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and communities for critical skill areas.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiter productivity.
• Use talent analytics to provide insights on availability, competition, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview plans with hiring leaders.
• Drive improvements in speed, quality, and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Lead cross-functional TA initiatives exploring new tech and talent intelligence.
