Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex enterprise programs from discovery to value realization in Chicago. You will translate business goals into technical roadmaps, coordinate across functions and geographies, and manage budgets and vendors.

You will lead design reviews, ensure adherence to architecture, security and compliance, and report progress to senior leadership. The role emphasizes broad stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience leading complex technology programs or digital transformations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale software, cloud, data, AI, or digital product initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery, architecture principles, and platform ecosystems.
  • Experience with GenAI, advanced analytics, data platforms, or machine learning solutions.
  • Experience managing external system integrators and technology vendors.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and enterprise governance processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support role on complex enterprise programs spanning multiple business functions, geographies, and technology domains.
  • Translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps and delivery strategies.
  • Drive prioritization decisions, sequencing, funding discussions, and value realization planning.
  • Assist with delivery planning from discovery through deployment and value realization.
  • Establish and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to validate solution approaches and technical feasibility.
  • Lead technical design reviews and execution planning, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Build partnerships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and technology teams, and communicate program status, risks, decisions, and value delivery to senior leadership.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor engagements, and investment plans.
  • Establish KPIs, success criteria, and outcome measurement frameworks.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
