Top Echelon LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to act as the resident TA expert, modernize recruiting processes, and coach hiring managers. The role offers a private office, a standard weekday schedule, with rare weekend work and a strong benefits package.

You will lead salary and hourly recruitment, develop internship programs, and partner with leadership to improve KPIs while supervising one staff recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition management experience.
• Experience leading recruitment for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Proven ability to improve successful recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership background overseeing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill roles promptly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Promote community involvement as a premier employer.
• Supervise hourly recruitment efforts and salary recruitment process.
• Utilize current and develop future recruitment tools.
• Develop standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Manage open requisitions and report status to management.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize HRIS and improve system functionality.
• Manage recruitment budget and contingent service provider relationships.
• Perform other duties as directed.
