Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Senior Manager, System Strategy & Solutions to spearhead the Supply Chain Operational Excellence agenda. You will partner with the Executive Director to drive enterprise initiatives, lead the PMO, and develop scalable, digital-first solutions across the health system.

In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technology-enabled strategies, and ensure measurable value through analytics and process

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformations.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and executive-level presentations.
• Exposure to ERP, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives (Workday/ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute system-wide supply chain strategy and Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee the PMO, governance, portfolio management, and resource planning.
• Drive initiatives connecting strategy, technology, analytics, and process improvement.
• Support growth, acquisitions, and integrations with standardization and collaboration.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, and performance, escalating as needed.
