Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a CSC Systems Engineer to own the CSC systems portfolio, including Tecsys WMS/SCP and related warehouse automation. You will configure systems, govern master data, support testing and reporting, and train end users across the WMS/SCP platform.

The role also entails ongoing administration, optimization, and tier 1-2 support, serving as the primary technical liaison among CSC operations, MUHA Information Solutions, and system vendors to enable

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, supply chain, engineering, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3–5 years administering, configuring, or supporting WMS/ERP or warehouse automation in healthcare or distribution.

Responsibilities

Lead CSC systems configuration, master data governance, testing, and end-user enablement for WMS/SCP implementation.
Provide 1st-2nd level support and ongoing optimization of CSC systems.
Act as technical liaison between CSC operations, MUHA Information Solutions, and vendors for system-wide distribution.
