Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston is seeking a Senior Manager, System Strategy & Solutions to lead the PMO and drive enterprise supply chain transformation. You will develop scalable, digital solutions that create long-term value across the health system.

This role partners with the Executive Director to define strategy, oversee governance, and coordinate cross-functional programs spanning sourcing, logistics, analytics, and technology.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum seven years leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with business cases, exec presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with ERP, analytics, and digital transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute system-wide supply chain strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead and support cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio prioritization, governance, and resource planning.
• Partner with analytics, IT, and business leaders to align technology with strategy.
• Drive value realization through measurable operational and financial outcomes.
• Represent and advise senior leadership in governance and reviews.
