Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Senior Manager, System Strategy & Solutions within Supply Chain Operational Excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (supply chain, business, healthcare; or engineering/finance).
• 7+ years leading complex projects, strategic initiatives, or operational improvements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Experience with portfolio management, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, analytics, and related systems.
• Experience with ERP, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives (Workday/ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Director to define and execute system-wide supply chain strategy and Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, operating models, and organizational capabilities.
