Job summary
Voyager Technologies seeks a Manufacturing & Process Technology Manager – Strategic Systems to lead a cross-functional team moving products from development into scalable production. You will own process definitions, automation, data capture, and traceability for strategic systems, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain.
The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/defense environments, with 5+ years leading engineering teams and strong MES/data skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in manufacturing, process or controls engineering in regulated environments.
- 5+ years leading engineers or technical teams; NPI/production ramp experience.
- Experience with MES, data collection and traceability in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing, process and automation engineers for Strategic Systems.
- Own process technology strategy and capability improvement across assembly and test.
- Lead NPI and production ramp activities with readiness reviews.
- Plan and manage capital projects; own CAPEX scope and budget.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve throughput and safety.
