Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Technology Manager – Strategic Systems to lead a team of manufacturing, process, and automation engineers.

You will own process definition, automation, tooling, data, and traceability infrastructure to scale production safely, with quality and on schedule. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain and Programs to ensure products are manufacturable, processes controlled, and production-ready

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing/processing teams in defense or aerospace contexts.
• Strong background in process technology strategy, automation and data traceability.
• Knowledge of MES, data capture and documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of manufacturing, process and automation engineers for Strategic Systems.
• Define process technology strategy across assembly, test and operations.
• Oversee NPI and ramp activities with design engineering and operations teams.
• Plan and manage manufacturing capital projects, CAPEX scope and budgets.
• Drive automation, tooling, and data-enabled improvements for throughput and quality.
• Support production test systems, calibration and data capture.
• Collaborate with supply chain on process capability and first article activities.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and program quality requirements.
