Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Manufacturing & Process Technology Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering team for Strategic Systems. You will own process definition, automation, tooling, data and traceability infrastructure to scale production safely and on schedule.

Located in Reno, NV (or Centennial, CO/Pueblo, CO with travel). You will partner with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and readiness before ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/process/controls engineering in regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Experience leading NPI and ramp activities.
• Experience managing capital projects and budget ownership.
• Experience implementing MES and product traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, process and automation engineers supporting Strategic Systems production.
• Own process technology strategy across assembly, test, and operations.
• Lead NPI and production ramp activities with design engineering.
• Plan and execute capital projects, including CAPEX scope and budget.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve throughput, yield and safety.
• Support AS9100 and program quality requirements; assist audits.
• Develop capacity models and line balancing for production planning.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to deliver cost and quality gains.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and suppliers on process capability and issue resolution.
