Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Technology Manager to lead a cross‑functional team moving Strategic Systems products from development into repeatable production. You will own process technology, automation, and data infrastructure to enable scalable, safe manufacturing.

This role partners with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability, control, and timely production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/controls engineering in regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading engineers or technical teams; hiring and coaching experience.
• Proven success leading NPI, line launches or production ramps.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets and vendor relations.
• Experience implementing MES and product traceability in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing, process and automation engineers.
• Own process technology strategy across assembly, test and operations.
• Lead NPI and ramp activities with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute capital projects; own CAPEX scope, schedule and budget.
• Define automation initiatives to improve throughput, yield and safety.
• Drive MES, data capture and traceability for production scaling.
