The role includes on-site or remote training, data validation, report customization, and issue resolution, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• At least two years’ experience in associate implementation consulting or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Experience reading and interpreting XML and HTML code.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products; conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or via Teams.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security and permissions.
• Analyze client business models to document requirements and tailor configurations accordingly.
• Configure system modules and workflows based on approved client requirements.
• Develop and execute client-specific test plans, validating configuration and reporting outputs prior to go-live.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues of moderate complexity with collaboration from Support or Development.
