Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Notary Public designation and producer license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surety bonds and bond program structures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bond programs with accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service.
• Manage selected accounts with ownership and client interaction.
• Collaborate with surety carriers and internal teams daily.
• Prepare and process bond instruments per underwriting guidelines.
• Assist onboarding, mentoring, and training internal staff.
• Promote data accuracy and compliance in electronic bond files.
• Coordinate documents to support underwriting decisions.
• Ensure bonds issued within lines of credit and authority.
