Job summary

Aon in New York is seeking a surety professional to manage and deliver bond solutions for a broad client base in a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the NY office.

You will work closely with clients, surety carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant bond programs and strong client service, with opportunities to mentor others and influence underwriting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Maintain Notary Public designation.
• Hold the appropriate Producer license.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected accounts with primary accountability.
• Deliver bond programs with accuracy and compliance.
• Interact with clients, surety carriers, and internal collaborators.
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training internal team.
• Ensure bonds align with underwriting guidelines.
