Job summary

Aon is seeking a surety professional to manage and deliver bond programs for a diverse client base in a hybrid Chicago area role. You will collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure underwriting accuracy, compliance, and superior service.

You will own selected accounts, mentor colleagues, and help shape underwriting workflows while navigating multi-state requirements and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred for this position.
• Maintain Notary Public designation and hold the appropriate Producer license.
• Strong understanding of surety bonds, indemnity concepts, and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients, surety carriers, and internal teams to deliver bond programs with accuracy and compliance.
• Manages selected accounts with minimal supervision and good judgment.
• Prepares and processes various surety instruments in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborates with clients daily to meet changing requirements and complies with state rules.
• Maintains data accuracy in AonBondLink and supports electronic bond files.
