Job summary

Aon is seeking a surety professional to deliver bond programs with accuracy and strong client service. This hybrid role allows proximity to an Aon office and involves working with carriers and internal teams to meet underwriting guidelines and client expectations.

You will manage selected accounts, provide technical surety mentorship, and coordinate with clients for underwriting information while prioritizing compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Maintain Notary Public designation and hold the appropriate Producer license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver surety bond solutions for clients.
• Work with clients, surety carriers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle bond instruments (bid, final, miscellaneous, court bonds) per underwriting guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial and corporate information for underwriting review.
• Maintain data accuracy and electronic bond files in AonBondLink (ABL).
