Job summary

Aon is seeking a surety professional to manage and deliver bond solutions for clients from a hybrid location near an Aon office. The role emphasizes client interaction, underwriting strategy, and operational execution within surety programs.

You will work with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant bond issuance and provide mentorship on bond forms and indemnity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred for this position.
• Maintains Notary Public designation and holds the appropriate Producer license.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, surety carriers, and internal collaborators to deliver bond programs with accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service.
• Takes primary accountability in managing selected accounts.
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training internal team.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients to issue bonds in line with guidelines and client expectations.
• Verify bonds meet surety lines of credit and brokerage authority; assist in approvals for non-standard requests.
• Provide technical surety mentorship to colleagues on bond forms and indemnity requirements.
