Philips is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to lead the supply planning process for a medium business scope, optimize production schedules, and coordinate with production, logistics and suppliers. You will gather mid-to-long-term inputs, support sales and operations planning reviews, engage stakeholders, and use scenario planning to prevent disruptions.

This role requires strong knowledge of SAP and Blue Yonder, a business-economics/SCM background, and the ability to implement lean concepts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply planning or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP and Blue Yonder; inventory and capacity planning knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, SCM, Operations Research or Data Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage the supply planning process for a medium business scope and ensure timely updates.
• Gather mid-to-long-term inputs and support S&OP reviews for alignment.
• Engage stakeholders to optimize production schedules and coordinate with suppliers.
• Analyze inefficiencies, implement improvements, and address disruptions.
• Develop production plans by product category and forecast supply needs.
• Lead scenario mapping and forward-looking planning to balance constraints.
• Ensure budgets and schedules align with targets and lean initiatives.
