Job summary

Philips in Bedford, MA is seeking a Production Planner in Integrated Planning to orchestrate end-to-end production planning and scheduling. You will develop MPS and DPS aligned with capacity and the Annual Operating Plan, and coordinate with EIM and Operational Buyers to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

This onsite role requires 4+ years in planning, a degree in a relevant field, and Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production planning or integrated planning.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning-related master data management with EIM for accuracy and consistency.
• Generates realistic Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS), with an MRP developed with Operational Buyers for efficient procurement.
• Issues production schedules to the shop floor and conducts regular planning meetings with Production/Operations Management to synchronize activities.
• Initiates improvements to planning processes and KPIs, leveraging planning methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Releases and manages production orders and material-related issues with negotiation skills to facilitate resolutions.
