Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Production Planner to act as the central point of contact for all production planning and scheduling activities. The role maintains the master schedule, troubleshoots issues, and reports KPIs to leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization. The ideal candidate has SAP experience, a strong understanding of MRP, and hands-on planning capabilities in a high-mix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years production/planning/scheduling work experience in a manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with MRP and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work orders for production based on master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
• Perform shop order release/closure in the MRP system and reconcile parts.
• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team including warehouse, quality, engineering, and logistics to minimize disruptions.
• Generate and maintain production reports and KPIs.
