Job summary

Generac in Wisconsin seeks a Supply Planner III to own end-to-end supply planning for a product category, shaping inventory targets and capacity with a focus on service and cost. You will drive SIOP discussions, scenario planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment.

You will mentor junior planners, lead 0–12 month supply plans, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to optimize network performance and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4 years of purchasing, planning, or related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end supply strategy for assigned categories, including inventory, capacity, and service performance.
• Defines inventory targets and aligns capacity with demand and capital objectives.
• Leads development and execution of 0–12 month supply plans.
• Mentors planners to elevate planning capability and execution discipline.
• Presents supply strategies and trade-offs to senior leadership.
