The role partners with purchasing, demand planning, product management, and operations, mentoring junior planners and aligning plans with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain experience, with emphasis on planning or inventory management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
• Experience with SIOP processes and Supply Planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee optimal finished goods inventory levels balancing demand forecasts and costs.
• Lead pre-build strategies to mitigate capacity constraints.
• Lead safety stock analysis and optimization using statistical modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights for improvements.
• Lead excess inventory management to improve turns and reduce days-on-hand.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives with demand planning, product management, purchasing and operations.
• Lead at-risk inventory processes and corrective actions with suppliers.
