Job summary

Generac Power Systems (Allmand, a Generac Company) seeks a Director Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across two sites in NE and WI. You will drive the disciplined operating model for demand management, materials management, and planning, aligning with the company’s operating model to improve fulfillment, warehousing efficiency, and overall costs.

The role reports to the VP Operations and requires strong Lean background, cross-functional influence, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Travel domestically on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy disciplined operating model for supply chain and materials management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
• Ensure supply chain and production execution aligned with SIOP principles.
• Lead and develop Supply Chain teams at two sites (NE and WI).
• Manage budget and staffing to achieve objectives.
• Drive cost reductions and improvements in fill rate and working capital.
