Job summary

Thrive Causemetics Inc. in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to own purchasing execution, open orders, and inventory across in-line and NPL lines. You will ensure timely POs, coordinate with suppliers, and escalate issues to keep supply on track.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong BOM/MRP knowledge, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and support promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience for supply planning and purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of BOM structures and MRP planning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive issue resolution and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing execution for in-line and NPLs, ensuring POs are issued and tracked.
• Resolve production delays and expedite when needed.
• Manage FG, component and WIP plans in NetSuite.
• Lead supplier relationship management and KPI tracking.
• Conduct weekly inventory risk reviews and report findings.
