Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in the United States to manage planning for assigned SKUs, including materials inbound, finished goods, and production planning with internal teams and TPMs.

You will help maintain service levels while controlling inventory, review master data, and coordinate with suppliers to meet demand across domestic and international markets. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5 years related work experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems (MRP, MPS, Manugistics, and SAP)
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate and prioritize data
• Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts across multiple functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate a production plan or supply plan to suppliers and TPMs.
• Provide delivery commitments on materials and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Monitor service levels by SKU and report Demand/Supply chain issues.
• Perform short- and long-term supply/demand analyses and identify potential gaps.
• Develop run strategies for assigned products and align system parameters accordingly.
• Coordinate production sourcing moves to meet company objectives.
• Develop inventory targets and manage inventory levels for cost and service optimization.
• Maintain target inventory levels while ensuring high service levels.
• Project quarterly inventory levels and address SLOB accordingly.
• Review forecasts with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support S&OP meetings by reviewing service levels and resource availability.
• Maintain collaboration with vendors and internal customers to mitigate supply risks.
• Foster cross-functional relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
