Job summary

VB Cosmetics, Inc. in Chandler, AZ seeks a seasoned Demand Planner to own end-to-end inventory from creation to point of sale. You will build forecasts, monitor accuracy, and drive scheduling across distribution centers to support sales objectives.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to align promotions, product launches, and inventory goals. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in demand planning within retail/CPG, strong Excel and BI tool experience, and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, and sales planning within retail, manufacturing, or CPG industries.
Experience setting up ERP, MRP, WMS, and QMS systems.
Experience in supply chain activities including warehouse & inventory management, supplier qualification and negotiation.
Experience developing demand forecasting models from the ground up.
Advanced analytical skills with Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Omni, PowerBI).
Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
Understanding of retail drivers like pricing, promotions and assortment.

Responsibilities

Build and refine short-term and long-term demand forecasts at SKU, customer, and sales channel levels.
Monitor forecast and inventory accuracy; explain variances and improve processes.
Oversee weekly production scheduling.
Analyze historical data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Supply Chain to align forecasts with brand strategies.
