Job summary

Arcaea, a biotechnology‑driven beauty and personal care company, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to own end-to-end inventory strategy across two brands. You will build S&OP processes, manage NetSuite as the system of record, and lead a small team focused on scalable systems, processes, and data discipline.

You’ll translate forecasts into production plans, own inventory health metrics, and partner with Finance, Logistics, and brand teams to optimize margins and inventory turns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role, ideally supporting multiple brands or business units.
• Hands‑on NetSuite expertise across planning, inventory, and purchasing modules.
• Experience designing or running a formal S&OP process.
• Strong financial acumen with experience partnering with Finance on budgets, write-offs, and inventory accounting.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable building processes and systems from the ground up with cross‑functional partners.
• Strong communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Startup or high growth consumer goods experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Arcaea's monthly S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts and inventory targets across both brands.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with leadership, surfacing deviations and trade-off decisions.
• Own demand analysis and convert it into production plans meeting forecast demand.
• Serve as NetSuite SME: item master, BOM, planning for materials and finished goods.
• Own end‑to‑end item setup, UPC generation and BOM creation with 100% data integrity.
• Maintain lead times, batch sizes, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Optimize NetSuite↔Shopify inventory flows; manage escalation with consultants.
• Own SKU/UPC checks in PageProof routing; provide Shopify reporting as needed.
• Manage inventory budget and forecast investments; review write-offs with Finance.
• Monitor inventory health, aging, and OOS risk; coordinate with Logistics for cycle counts.
• Lead cost models for product launches and margin tracking; investigate P&L variances.
• Negotiate supplier contracts; attend weekly supplier meetings; oversee monthly buy cycle.
• Coordinate production schedules with contract manufacturers and testing timelines.
