Job summary

AS Beauty is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to build and maintain item-level forecasts across brands and sales channels in New York. The role connects shipment data, promotional calendars, and financial goals to drive accurate planning.

You will lead monthly demand reviews, collaborate with multiple functions to align forecasts, and manage launch forecasts and inventory strategy to optimize supply and reduce obsolescence.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes in a Supply Chain.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build rolling 24-month forecasts by SKU across sales channels.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to finalize forecasts by category.
• Ensure alignment of forecast with sales and financial plans.
• Monitor forecasting KPIs and manage master data for planning.
