Job summary

ColourPop is seeking a Wholesale Demand Planner to own demand forecasting and inventory planning for its wholesale channels, translating retailer forecasts and promotional calendars into accurate plans.

Based in Sherman Oaks, this onsite role partners across Sales, Supply Chain and Retail Operations to optimize launches, replenishment and stock levels. Salary up to $90k DOE plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of wholesale demand planning or inventory planning experience.
• Experience forecasting for high SKU-count mass market accounts; Ulta/Target portals are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or planning software.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build monthly wholesale demand forecasts using POS data and promos.
• Own CDP inputs and align demand with supply planning.
• Analyze retailer POS and inventory to spot at-risk SKUs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail Ops on launches.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; refine methods.
• Support seasonal and new product launch planning.
• Prepare leadership reports on demand trends and risks.
• Flag chargebacks or fulfillment risks tied to forecast.
