Job summary

Oracle in the United States seeks a Senior Supply Demand Planner to own end-to-end planning for service spares, FRUs, and NPIs. You will partner across Service, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Repair, Finance, and Product teams to optimize inventory and support customer commitments.

This role requires building dashboards, forecasting demand, leading launch readiness, and mentoring planners while driving cross-functional decisions to reduce risk and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in supply/demand planning or related area.
• Experience supporting new product introductions.
• Strong forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and planning-system experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply-demand planning for spares, FRUs, and NPIs.
• Develop dashboards and planning models for supply, demand, and inventory.
• Track service levels, shortages, forecast performance, and inventory health.
• Lead launch-readiness reviews and cross-functional planning.
• Define launch stocking strategies and ensure parts readiness.
• Mitigate risks and optimize inventory across locations.
• Monitor NPI readiness and transition from assumptions to actual demand.
• Mentor planners and establish best practices.
