Job summary

Oracle in Seattle, WA is seeking a Supply-Demand Planner for Commodity and Memory. You will develop and own supply plans with sourcing and demand teams and partners to meet commitments, while balancing inventory and working capital.

You will identify and resolve gaps, model scenarios for leadership decisions, and drive improvements in planning processes. Mentorship of junior planners and collaboration with suppliers will be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and analytical capability, including complex data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Must be able to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in supply/demand planning and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Assess revenue capability and supply risk for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present business results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve planning processes and contribute to new tools and metrics.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior planners on initiatives.
• Build relationships across Oracle lines of business to drive alignment.
