Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans and optimize inventory strategies. • Strong planning and analytical capabilities with data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Expert-level Excel skills for advanced modeling and forecasting.
• Experience in commodity planning, especially electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with cross-functional partners.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Assess revenue capability and supply risk for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
• Improve processes by designing new tools, metrics, and rhythms.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior teams.
