Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products. You will partner with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient plans, optimize inventory strategies, and resolve imbalances that impact revenue and margins.

This highly visible role requires independent leadership, cross-functional execution, and clear communication of forward-looking supply capability to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and analytical capability with complex data analysis.
• Ability to model scenarios and forecast supply/demand.
• Experience communicating risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management and suppliers.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for leadership.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve planning processes and systems through new tools and metrics.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior planners on ad-hoc initiatives.
