Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner in the United States to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products. You will partner with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans, optimize inventory strategies, and quickly resolve supply-demand imbalances impacting revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and analytical capability with data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Expert-level Excel skills for advanced modeling, pivots, and forecasting.
• Commodity planning experience in electronics or memory/storage domains.
• Must align signal across PMs and supply types for contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions to protect revenue and margin.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for senior leadership decisions.
• Coordinate supply allocations and ensure fair, transparent execution.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Contribute to design and evaluation of new planning tools and metrics.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior planners on ad-hoc initiatives.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines and external suppliers.
