Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans and optimize inventory strategies.

This highly visible role requires independent leadership, cross-functional execution, and clear communication of supply capability to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Supply/Demand Planning or related leadership roles.
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced modeling, pivots, forecasting).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for senior leadership decisions.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers for fair execution.
• Present business results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve planning processes by contributing to new tools, metrics, and rhythms.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior planners on ad-hoc initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines and external suppliers.
