Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Transformation PMO Director to lead governance for supply chain initiatives in North America. You will drive structured planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across regional functions, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and investment parameters.

The role requires 10+ years in SCM/operations, leadership in large programs, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in SCM/Operations/Operational Excellence roles.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi-country transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance and execution for NA supply chain transformations.
• Align commercial strategy with transformation initiatives and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.
• Lead steering committees and executive updates; ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and escalations; manage contingencies.
