Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree (MBA or related) is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or transformation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects from concept through implementation and benefits realization.
• Develop business cases, budgets, timelines, and governance for programs.
• Drive change management, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to optimize transportation, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Ensure OTIF performance and align initiatives with Grupo Bimbo standards.
