Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is seeking a Manager in the OAPI supply chain team in the United States to drive S&OP processes and coordinate global sourcing strategies across supplier categories. You will balance inventory with customer demand, manage vendor relationships, and optimize total delivered cost while delivering value to patients and partners.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, and lead planning, manufacturing, and distribution

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Years’ Experience: 5-7
• Technical Skills: Business Analytics, Project Mgt., ERP, MS 365 Suite
• Power, Management, and Leadership Skills: Negotiation, Team Leadership, Networking
• Communication Skills: Well Organized (thought, communication, work)
• Cultural Experience: Dealing with ambiguity, curious mindset, adaptative, be a part of a multi-team approach
• Industry Experience: Pharma, Med. Device, Food

Responsibilities

• Plan demand and create replenishment plans for finished products.
• Coordinate purchase orders and ERP-related processes with plants and CMOs.
• Manage 3PL interfaces and ensure on-time delivery meeting service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs and align with program goals.
• Support S&OP processes and communicate demand/forecast with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, company policies, and industry regulations.
