Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Data & Technology to lead sourcing across commercial technology, data analytics, field training, fleet ops, marketing operations, and creative services.

You will drive supplier performance, partner with business leaders, and deliver significant savings while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with sourcing for commercial & corporate functions.
• Experience in leading commercial & corporate services sourcing projects.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Customer Engagement partners to develop sourcing strategies that align with business needs and governance objectives.
• Serve as primary point of contact to Commercial for Consulting, Data & Technology initiatives.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive performance, governance and value.
• Champion compliant sourcing policies and report exceptions and deviations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in the process area.
