Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Services Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing projects across the organization, translating business goals into sourcing objectives and optimizing supplier performance.

The role partners with the Sourcing Category Lead to execute strategies, manage supplier relationships, and deliver significant savings while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with sourcing in the professional services domain.
• Experience interacting with senior level stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in evaluating procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in negotiating supplier contracts and rate cards for value.
• Experience launching and managing financial KPIs for Sourcing.
• Advanced Excel skills for spend analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and enable sourcing strategies aligned with business needs across functions.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead negotiations for Master Services Agreements and Amendments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop spend analytics and executive-ready reports for leadership.
• Support annual savings and cost optimization objectives.
