Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager in Professional Services Strategic Sourcing to execute and manage sourcing projects across the organization. You will optimize supplier performance and drive cost efficiency through strong supplier partnerships and effective sourcing strategies.
You will translate business partner goals into sourcing objectives, provide white-glove consultative support, and lead cross-functional procurement efforts to deliver high-value outcomes.
Competenze
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing roles within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience interacting with senior-level stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and deliver value through sourcing and negotiations.
Mansioni
- Build relationships with key business partners to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
- Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor to Professional Services stakeholders on sourcing needs.
- Lead negotiations for Master Services Agreements and Amendments; manage spend analytics and reporting.
