Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. You will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that support our warehouse operations and strategic goals, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership, monitor milestones, report progress, and promote continuous improvement through structured project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a corporate supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.
• Experience using AI-powered business tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful execution.
• Track project milestones and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate productive discussions among project team members.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure clear communication of project goals, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments, external vendors, and leadership teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams.
• Support change management efforts associated with project implementation and adoption.
