Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the defined scope.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain, 3+ years of project management experience, and a PMP certification (Lean Six Sigma a plus). Experience with AI-powered tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a corporate supply chain or warehouse operations.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure successful execution.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support change management efforts associated with project implementation and adoption.
