Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager to lead SCPMs and SCPCs across complex DoD programs. You will shape program-level supply chain plans, negotiate with key suppliers, and drive cost/schedule performance while coordinating with engineering and subcontract management teams.

The role requires 11+ years in operations, DoD procurement experience, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering concentration.
• 11+ years of experience in operations or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Experience across product lifecycle phases (prototype to sustainment).
• Ability to travel 25–50% and obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPMs and SCPCs; oversee staffing, performance, and training.
• Develop and execute program-level supply chain plans and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate between procurement, subcontract management, and engineering teams.
• Lead make/buy assessments, SSOW/SDRL development, and risk management.
• Present status for cost, schedule, and performance to stakeholders.
