Job summary

MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, is hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager in the United States. You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills, and a track record of reducing costs while improving service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to improve service levels and cut costs.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing: manage procurement of raw materials, negotiate contracts.
• Production Planning: develop and manage production schedules based on demand.
• Receiving & Inventory Control: oversee receiving, maintain inventory accuracy.
• Shipping & Logistics: manage shipping operations and carriers.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory turns.
• Leadership & Process Improvement: lead materials, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• System and Tool Management: oversee planning software and ERP/MRP systems.
